A creative critical thinker, Barbara excels at development and management of global brand visual communication. She quickly absorbs the client’s brand attributes, goals and strategy, and builds an effective bridge facilitating an easy flow of information and communication between the client and our L&A team. With more than 20 years of experience gained in consumer product companies such as Sutter Home, Broderbund, The Learning Company and Roxio, Barbara has won numerous design awards, managed departments, created hundreds of consumer packages and response campaigns, and dramatically increased consumer bases and sales while remaining pretty unflappable. As one of her favorite (and most challenging) managers said of her “I have no idea what she does, but whatever it is, what I ask for I get on time, on budget, on strategy…and it gets results.”
When she’s not online or the phone for L&A, Barbara is a fiber artist and an active member of the Napa Valley wine community.
